Silently observing the housing units turnover proceedings in Compostela Valley, Ms. Armelie Polinar Entero, a government employee looks like she was watching a movie happening in front of her. Seated beside the Kanlungan Team, she willingly shared her homecooked baon - nuts to us, to other guests and spectators.
In a quick chat, she shared what she had lost during Typhoon Pablo.
To recoup from her losses, she loaned Php 350,000.00 from Pag-IBIG Fund and GSIS to renovate her home, water and ,electric installations.
A week prior the actual turnover of housing units in New Bataan Project, Aling Armelie together with her family, busied themselves cleaning their new home, moving their personal belongings, transferring some of their furniture and appliances.
