With the approval of General Manager Joeben Tai, the National Housing Authority (NHA) awarded land titles to 65 qualified beneficiaries in Quezon City on December 7, 2022 at the Holy Spirit Covered Court in Quezon City.
NHA Officer-in-Charge of the Office of the Assistant General Manager Roderick T. Ibañez represented General Manager Joeben Tai in the awarding ceremony.
The beneficiaries are members of various homeowners’ associations in the National Government Center Housing and Development Project (NGCHDP), a program of the NHA under Republic Act No. 9207, which authorizes the Authority to manage government-owned idle lands for housing development.
