The National Housing Authority (NHA) through the Central Bids and Awards Committee (CBAC) and all Regional Offices Bids and Awards Committee (ROBAC) are inviting all prospective Contractors, Service Providers, Manufacturers, Suppliers, Distributors and Consultants to participate in the Agency’s Bid Opportunities. Bid Notices together with the Bid Documents are posted in this website.

CONTRACTOR’S REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE (CRC)

The Central Bids and Awards Committee (CBAC) is encouraging all interested Bidders/Contractors to apply for registration in accordance with the provisions of the RA 9184 also known as the Government Procurement Reform Act and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (RIRR).

Registered Bidders will be issued the Contractor’s Registration Certificate which may be used in lieu of the eligibility requirements except for Class “A” Documents required for bidding. The Central BAC will only process applications with complete requirements and supporting documents as specified in the registration form. Moreover, contractors who will fully comply with the requirements will be issued a Contractor’s Registration Certificate.

Prospective bidders may download the Registration Forms or secure the forms from the Central BAC Secretariat Office located at the 2nd Floor, Annex Building, NHA Main Compound, Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City, Metro Manila.
