National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Marcelino P. Escalada Jr., together with Assistant General Manager Engr. Victor C. Balba and Regional Manager Engr. Albert A. Perfecto, led the inauguration, blessing, and unveiling of the marker of the new four-story Region V Office building along Maharlika Highway, Concepcion Grande, Naga City, on June 2, 2022.

GM Escalada, in a brief but inspiring message, said that he is pleased with the gesture of Engr. Perfecto for spearheading the construction of the purposive building ready to serve the public, emphasizing the building could be one of the legacies his leadership will leave to the Authority.

For his part, Naga City Mayor Nelson S. Legacion said that he is very grateful that NHA chose to build its regional office in Naga City, ensuring meetings and communications are easier between the agency and the local government.

Joining the GM were NHA Region IV Manager Romuel P. Alimboyao, Corporate Secretary Atty. Sergio D. Domasian, COSDD Manager Isaac L. Nacilla, IAD Manager Atty. Rina Jabinal, NHA consultants Partrick Ng Suy, Armando M. Sedentario, and Ar. Susan V. Nonato.

San Fernando, Camarines Sur, Mayor Fermin Mabulo, Councilor Roferth Dayao, Audit Team leader Susan U. Tan, Audit Team member Gloria C. Espinas, DHSUD Region V Director Atty. Richard L. Manila, and DHSUD Public Housing and Settlements Division Engr. Cristina Abaño also graced the ceremonies.

Other NHA officials present were COSDD Acting Division Manager Mr. Arvin Capangpangan, Region V District Managers Engr. Teodora G. Bandojo, Engr. Cristina A. Cabangon and Engr. Rolando G. Ramos.
