True to his commitment to Build Better and More housing for Filipinos, National Housing Authority (NHA) General Manager Joeben Tai conducted an ocular of various housing projects in Pasay and Parañaque on February 17, 2023.

GM Tai has been visiting various NHA housing project sites since he assumed office in August 2022 to complete the inventory of all available and unoccupied housing units of the Authority for its immediate disposition.

GM Tai said he intends to award 100,000 housing units to homeless poor Filipino families this year as part of his promise to build 1.3 million housing units during his term.

Among the projects inspected by GM Tai were San Martin De Porres’ Resettlement Project in Parañaque, Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) Employees Housing, and Premiere Homes Project in Pasay City.

San Martin De Porres is a joint undertaking between the NHA and the local government of Parañaque City for informal settler families affected by the City’s infrastructure projects and those living in danger areas.

The MIAA Employees Housing Project is under Presidential Proclamation No. 970 and intended for MIAA personnel. It consists of 9 medium-rise buildings and will generate 486 housing units.

On the other hand, the Premiere Homes Project is a housing program that would benefit 600 employees from the Key Shelter Agencies (KSAs).
