The National Housing Authority (NHA) distributed Certificate of Eligibility for Lot Award (CELA) to San Jose del Monte Heights Resettlement Project (SJDMHRP) beneficiaries in Bulacan on November 5, 2021.

NHA General Manager Marcelino P. Escalada Jr., together with Rep. Florida P. Robes and Mayor Arturo B. Robes, spearheaded the awarding of the CELA to 451 SJDMHRP family-beneficiaries in a ceremony held at the Pleasant View Residences Covered Court in Brgy. Graceville, San Jose del Monte City.

Region 3 Officer-in-Charge (OIC) Minerva Y. Calantuan, Bulacan District Office OIC Ma. Fatima T. dela Cruz, local officials and personnel from the city’s Housing and Homesite Regulation Office likewise graced the momentous occasion.

The SJDMHRP is a 32.4-hectare, 5,320-unit resettlement project located in Brgy. Muzon, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan, financed by the NHA. It is intended for Metro Manila’s informal settler families (ISFs) living in danger areas, affected by calamities, clearing of waterways/esteros, and infrastructure projects of the government.

Meanwhile, some 20 Heroes Ville I & III beneficiaries, who have fully paid their house-and-lot units and with Certificates of Title in their names, were invited to the event as well.
