The National Housing Authority (NHA) signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Home Owners Association (HOA) of Vida Vista 2 in Brgy. San Luis, Pugo, La Union on July 1, 2022 to implement the Beneficiary Rewards ID System (BRIS).

The NHA BRIS Program aims to provide additional benefits for NHA’s housing beneficiaries through a reward system of product patronage from their Neighborhood Buying Stores (NBS). Under this program, ten percent (10%) of the accumulated purchases made by the beneficiary from the NBS shall be deducted from their monthly amortizations as a reward.

“We are very much fortunate to have been chosen as one of the three pilot projects for the BRIS Program,” Vida Vista 2 HOA President PLt.Col Carolina Lacuata said in her speech during the event. “Ngayon lang ako nakakita ng ganito na binigyan ka na ng pabahay, binigyan ka pa ng paraan para makabayad. Maraming salamat sa NHA,” she added.

Meanwhile, NHA led the inauguration and blessing of the Vida Vista 2 NBS, officiated by PROCOR Regional Pastor Officer Rev. Fr. Jonathan Chy.

Also present during the event were REU PROCOR Head/RSB Secretariat Lt.Col. George R. Marca, NHA Region I and CAR I Manager Engr. Maria Belinda V. Sevalla, NHA CSSD Manager Sylvia L. Briones, NHA EMD Manager Ana V. Baul, NHA RDSD Chief Cherry Ann Narivasa-Villarina, NHA Aluisin District Manager Engr. Jefferson F. Ganado, NHA CSSD-RSD Officer-in-Charge Evangeline Javier, and NHA EMD Acting Department Manager Imelda Kierulf.
